I like to embed a wordpress site with the amelia widget into another website. I've tried it via an iframe, but my wordpress site refuses the request. Do you know the reason and can you help me to solve the problem i.e. make my wordpress site embeddable?
I have just tried with the <iframe> tag, and it works fine:
I was able to book through this iframe without any issues.
When it comes to widgets - I don't believe that should create any issues, but it can be. Can you create a booking page only with the shortcode, and then try the <iframe> code I mentioned above? It should work.
I thought it would be a general Wordpress settings problem or so. Now I've found out that the security header of my security tool WebARX restricted the website from being displayed in an iframe. After disabling the security header it works like a charme. :)
Nevertheless thanks a lot for your comprehensive reply.
I have another issue... Booking services works properly, but the events widget seems disfunctional due to jquery loading issues. If I click on an event nothing happens. If I inspect the website, following errors are displayed:
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at scrollView (amelia-booking-service-4163b4883811509428a6.js:1) at s.toggleEventDetails (amelia-booking-service-4163b4883811509428a6.js:1) at click (amelia-booking-service-4163b4883811509428a6.js:1) at Re (amelia_booking_scripts.min.js:1) at HTMLDivElement.n (amelia_booking_scripts.min.js:1) at HTMLDivElement.Zi.a._wrapper (amelia_booking_scripts.min.js:1) Be @ amelia_booking_scripts.min.js:1
Is this a known issue? Do you know how it can be solved. If you like to have a look on the actual page: https://portal.eob.one/test/
As for the "jQuery is not defined" error - I cannot say much without remote access.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello again Ramon.
Thank you for your purchase.
As far as I know it should be possible with this:
The other idea that comes to mind when embedding a website into another website is this:

Hello again Ramon.
I see you're using the "Twenty Nineteen" theme. At the moment there's a conflict with this theme.
We're using WordPress built-in jQuery version 2.4 (if I'm not mistaken), while "Twenty Nineteen" uses version 3+.
That's why it's not working properly. Could you, please, change your theme?
One of our developers is working on resolving this for our future update, but I cannot say when it will be implemented.
Best regards.
