Hello, My name is Vance Hornbuckle. I am the owner of Solar Sound Studio. We are a recording studio with 5 engineers and just 1 studio room. Do you have the option to keep the studio from getting double booked. Can it be set that If someone books a specific time with an engineer, the other engineers cannot be booked within that time? Some other scheduling sites call it "collaborative" setting. I wasn't sure if you have that feature because the service i am using right now is causing double bookings and I need it not to. Thanks.
We don't have option for this made in our plugin but, you can connect all 5 engineers with the same Google calendar in our plugin and that calendar will behave as 1 studio room. If you enable the option 'Remove Google Calendar busy slots' each time when the studio is booked with one engineer, that appointment will be added to Google calendar and that action will remove that time slot from Amelia for all engineers since they share the same calendar.
I hope that this is something that would suit your use case.
