I successfully conected the google calendar to the test employee that I made.
Once the employee is connected to the calendar, from that moment the new appointments will be displayed in Google calendar, the old ones will not displayed.

As for the extras:
At the moment each extras can be displayed with using the right shortcode, but global shortcode for extras is not possible at the moment.
