We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Please help!  :-)

Since it is really more than critical I have to open this ticket to the public besides my private ticket (#2157022).

We have serious problems with wp amelia. The data of our clients are publicly displayed in the registration form for appointments. No matter what causes something like this, it simply must never happen. This is not acceptable under data protection law!
We have now had to remove all appointment bookings from our website, which is a big problem.
Now the situation is that after changing the user settings and deleting some clients, the calendar is no longer loaded at all. This can be seen on the following test page:
    https://www.simplifier.io/terminvereinbarung/
When I am logged in to our wordpress backend the calendar appears and I can book an appointment.

I strongly suspect it has to do with the assignment of the user. As far as I can read, the function that the email of a user is saved and recognized after booking an appointment makes problems again and again. this should be a setting that everyone can set in his backend.

The problem cannot be solved by deactivating all other plugins and changing to wp-standard theme.
i ask for prompt help, because this is currently very critical for us.

    Many thanks in advance
