My business is built around a monthly subscription model that includes a once-every week swim appointment. (It's a special needs swim learning and recreational therapy program). Our core customers tend to stay with us for months if not years. I need better scheduling and general systems/process integration to scale up. Can Amelia be customized to allow for customer-created recurring appointments that have no end date (but require a manual cancellation, preferably from the customer end)? If not, can you conceive of a semi-automatic workaround that would work for this business model?
Hi Chris,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately we don't have recurring option at the moment. However since this option was one of the most requested ones we plan to implement it in the future. Currently we are in the middle of collection use cases so we could made feature in the way that would cover as many use cases as possible (maybe not everything in the first update but from the beginning we will think about possibility to expand option through the time). I will use this use case so we can think about recurring without end date during the implementation.
If you are interested I can inform you once we release an update with this feature. I cannot say for sure when this will be since we have some already planned features before this but we will give our best to be as soon as possible.
Best regards.
