We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

hello i am a very small auto repair shop in palm beach county FL. Im building a website and seen your plugin as a great option for me. things im concerned about would be is there a way to not put a price on the services? As you may or may not know all cars have different procedures which could make the difference of a 1 hour job a 3-4 hour job. With That being said if i do put prices is there anyway to add the fact it is a estimate and not a actual price maybe ex. **Starting at ($x.xx)

    Hi Brian,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Of course you can create services without the price in our plugin. For each service that you create you can put 0 as price and the price calculation and payment methods will be hidden from the booking form. Just so you know, in our plugin each service needs to have set duration so the customers can choose a time slots from the calendar that suits them best. I suppose that you have some basic services and some extra services depending on the customers needs. You can create basic services in the service page and define duration for them and then create extras for each service with separate duration. In that case customer can choose service and choose one or several extras with it.

If on the other hand you cannot define the exact duration I advice you to add buffer time to each service (that is a time for preparation that customer doesn't see but it reduce the number of free time slots in the calendar so you minimize the possibility to have one repair booked after the other and maybe overlapping of the 'appointments'). You can also add notice on the booking form to notify the customer that the service can last longer depending on the type of the repair.

There are many options in our plugin, maybe this sounds complicate to you, but our customer support is always there to help and we also have all options explained in our documentation.

    Best regards.
