We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Is it possible to redirect a specific successful booking to a page on my WordPress website?
If I can get it to a specific page, I can connect it to my MailerLite account to trigger an e-mail sequence.
Regards,
Sven
Hello Sven Kersten,
Thank you for your purchase!
There is an option "Redirect URL After Appointment" in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings , so there you should type in the URL of a page where you want the customers to be redirected when they make an appointment.
Hope this helps!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to ask,
Hi Marija,
I've found that option indeed, but that's for all appointments at once. I would like to send an automatic e-mail and a follow up email the day after with a personal touch specified to that appointment which will be triggered by the page on the Redirect URL where I hook my MailerLite service to that page if conditions are met.
For now I guess that I have to use this global "Redirect URL After Appointment" function and use only one Service with Amelia.
Direct integration with MailerLite would even be better of course :).
Thanks for your time,
Sven
Hello Sven,
You are welcome.
Yes, I see your point, customized notifications would be a nice touch
But unfortunately this is not possible in Amelia, for now.
I will write down the integration with MailerLite, but also you can check out whether there is a similar feature request to yours following this link, and vote for it. I think there is HTML Email Templates or something like that. We are trying to meet our users' needs and implement new features as many as we can, so the most requested features are in the top of our to-do list.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,
