We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I'm just setting up Amelia. I am going to work with Events, as I need customers to book exams. However, I'm running into a few things that are unclear to me, hopefully you can explain it to me:
Thanks for your help!
Kind regards,
Hello,
can someone pick up my ticket?
I need to have Amelia live in a couple of days, so I would like to be able to continue.
Kind regards,
Hello again Jaap Bijl.
Again, sorry for the late response.
Our company's working hours are Mon - Fri from 09:00 - 17:00, but we have a large amount of tickets coming in, so response times are a bit longer.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but events work like this at the moment.
1. Unfortunately, custom fields cannot be added to Events, and there are no settings or workarounds for this at the moment.
2. You can add the event name, select an employee, service, add pricing, enable if the event is recurring, how and until when before adding date and time. Then, after you add the first date and time, you can add a new period:
So, that event is being displayed like this in the back:
3. This is a rather good suggestion, and I'll forward it to our development team, so they can take a look at it and maybe add it in one of our future updates.
Again I apologize for the late response, but please - if you have any further questions, let us know.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
