Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

1. We cannot talk about other plugins. You can take a look at our features list here and also try our plugin on our demo sites (both the front-end booking forms for appointments and for events and the whole back-end). All our features are inside our premium plugin and we don't have any addon.

2. Unfortunately something like this is not possible in our plugin at the moment. You can create appointments on the back-end and track them on the back-end calendar but only for the future dates.

3. It depends which kind of design customizations you need. If these are some small changes like hiding the dropdown, label or something then yes. We also have customize page on the back-end where you can set colors and fonts and we plan to update this page with lots of customization options.

4. The customer cannot select the city but we have option to show booking slots in client time zone and if this option is enabled your customers will see the time slots in the time zone that is set on their local machine.

5. We have left Envato and now selling the plugin directly from our website. Since we have many customers that have bought our plugin through the Envato we didn't delete the plugin from there so they can have lifetime updates because they purchased that kind of the license, but we've set higher price so the customers wouldn't buy the plugin there.
