In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

How do I get notifications sent to employees upon booking?

Have you configured the mailing service in Notifications settings?
All you have to do is configure that, and after that enable the notifications you'd like to use.

Hey Andy.
I see you set up PHP Mail, which we do not recommend, like mentioned in our documentation.
We strongly recommend changing mail service setting to SMTP or Mailgun because email that is sent with PHP Mail generally gets flagged as spam by mail servers and also can take some time to send.
Also, do you have some e-mail plugin that is used for sending e-mails? If so, you may want to switch to WP Mail.
Please let me know if you could switch over to SMTP or Mailgun?

I have been trying to change an employee's email and it keep saying "email already exist" but I don't have any other employee with this email. What could the problem on this?
Hello TIFFANY
This message indicates that the e-mail exists in the database. It doesn't have to be an "Amelia Employee", but a Word Press user as well. You can change that user's role to "Amelia Employee", and you should be able to link to it.
When you are posting on tickets that are not yours or have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket can you please open a new one, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is described already.

If you still cannot resolve the issue, please open a new private ticket, as there may be a possibility we have to remote in and take a look at your setup.

Ok, thanks. Sorry! I posted here cause it takes forever to get a response when I create a new ticket. I will create it now cause this is still not the case. This email I am using is not even listed for a user.

I guess you did a test booking while logged in as admin, and that's how your ID is now stored in the database.
Also check if the option to check the e-mail is enabled in Roles settings/Customer.
Anyway, go ahead and open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help. This will probably require changing the database details for that email address, but I cannot say for sure until I take a look
