We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I would like to be able to create graphs from excel or csv files. The graph should look like this: Y axis will have number of patients. X axis should have month, doctor name, and how many new and established were seen. Attached are sample screen shots. Would this plugin be able to do this. If so can i get trial version to test myself. Thank you.
Hello Roberto
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
The problem here is that the charts don't accept more than one string type column (string, date, date/time, image, email, URL), so if you could add the provider, you wouldn't be able to add the month.
Do you have a copy of the table in Excel or CSV format, so I can use the data in it, and try a different table format? Maybe I can find a workaround for you.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out. Attached is the spreadsheet we would like to make web-page graphs. I was not able to attach spreadsheet here so I added .jpg to the end of the filename to be able to upload it. You may need to remove .jpg to be able to open it. Thanks
Hi again Roberto.
Alright, I got it to look something like (although not completely) like your chart.
Here's the table:
And the chart would look like this:
So, it is now split per month, but all doctors are kind of grouped together. Please take a look at the video attached to see how it looks on hover.
This is the best we can do with the chart's built in features.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
