We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Can you make multiple appointments?
A. I want to book the room from 10 till 13, but also from 13 till 18? Or book all day
B. I want to make a booking every monday

A. You can book the room twice, but you need to make two separate bookings, since Amelia doesn't support multiple bookings at once. And if you want different duration of the booking you can achieve that by creating more services with different duration or by adding extras with different duration to one service.
B. Unfortunately, this is not possible using Services in Amelia for now, but it is possible using Events. Recurring appointments for services is a feature we are working on right now and it will be implemented in one of our next updates. I can't say exactly when it will be implemented and released, though.

Sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your organisation. Is there anything specific that maybe we can help you with? Regarding your previous question, you asked about multiple bookings and this is a feature that will be in one of our next updates, will that solve your issue? Or you don't find other features suitable as well?
In order to request a refund, you need to login to TMS store with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
