We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    I love the booking part of the Amelia demo. It's very clean and easy on the eye. Can I buy it as a booking plugin or is it only a Wordpress theme? I'm currently designing for a Yoga client but I want my design to look a bit different in terms of layout. I only want the booking part.

    Amelia is a WordPress appointment and event booking plugin so you can use it as a booking system if you are creating a WordPress website. You can use any WordPress theme together with Amelia plugin, and the plugin itself can be customized, you can see the options following this link.

    You can also check out our demo sites and see how Amelia looks like with different styles and our documentation to see all the features available in Amelia.

    I have another question. Will the plugin only work with a Wordpress theme or can I download and install it on a bespoke design (not a Wordpress theme).

    Hello Becky,

    You are welcome!

    Regarding the subscription, we have three plans (basic, pro and developer), the subscription allows installing and using the plugin on one or multiple domains, provides the auto-update functionality, monthly updates with the new features, and access to our premium support system.

    It is a yearly subscription so after a year, your account will be charged again and if you don't want this you can just login to our store and cancel the subscription. 

    If you don't renew the subscription, the product will remain functional, and neither you nor your customers will lose any data. You will however not be able to receive monthly updates and will not be able to access the support system.

    Amelia can only work with WordPress (so with its already made themes and themes created for WordPress) since it is a WordPress plugin.
