We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Thanks for reaching out, we are glad you are interested in Amelia. 

    You can purchase the plugin at our website and depending on the subscription plan that you choose (basic, pro, premium) the subscription allows installing and using the plugin on one or multiple domains, provides the auto-update functionality, monthly updates with the new features, and access to our premium support system.

    The subscription is for one year and it is renewed yearly by default, and your account will be charged for a new subscription after a year, but if you don't want to renew the subscription you can easily cancel it anytime when you log in to our store (you will get login details when you purchase the plugin). 

    If you don't renew the subscription after a year, the product will remain functional, and neither you nor your customers will lose any data. You will however not be able to receive monthly updates and will not be able to access the support system.

    We are glad you are interested in Amelia!

    We have left Envato, and we are now selling the plugin directly from our website. We didn't want to remove the plugin entirely from Envato because our previous customers would lose updates, and they bought a lifetime license. So we just set a higher price.
