When you go to Notifications, there is a "Next day reminder" notification, which is set up like this, by default:

We would like to remind you that you have %service_name% appointment tomorrow at %appointment_start_time%. We are waiting you at %location_name%.

This is a notification where %location_name% is already added, but this notification requires setting up a cron job. You can read more about this in our FAQ section.
Yes you do. After you make a booking you're offered a drop down to add to calendar. Outlook is on there. What I would like is the ability to write a description for this, and add the location.
This is an option for customers upon completed booking process, to download the .ics file and add it to their calendar.
Unfortunately, you can not do much with this file, since it is an optional download for the customer. Amelia itself isn't integrated with iCal or Outlook, but if all your calendars are linked together they will pull the event from GCal.

Unfortunately, we don't have integration with Outlook at the moment.
Perhaps you can export the file from Google Calendar and import it into Outlook.
