I'd like to have information related to employees. I use booking for museum guides. Even though they use the same booking tool, they're all independant. So:
1) Email notification: is it possible to personalize the confirmation message ? By using for example the field "Internal note" of the employee
2) Can we have notification depending of the service
3) When booking, for the choice of the guide (employee), is it ascending priority order or random ?
Thanks very much for your feedback on those points
1. Unfortunately, it is not possible to personalize the notifications, and the placeholders available for notifications are the ones you can see when you click on "</> Show Email Placeholders" in the top right. At the moment we don't have internal notes of an employee placeholder, but I've forwarded the request to our development team, so it can be added in one of our next updates.
2. Sorry to disappoint again, but unfortunately notifications are the same for each service, and you can only change the placeholders, so a different service is displayed when using %service_name%, %service_description%.
3. If you leave "Any Employee" the plugin will assign it randomly - it still doesn't have the capability to recognize who's calendar is overbooked or underbooked, but we are working on applying that.

Hello Steve.
Thank you for your purchase.

Best regards.
