We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello there,
We have recently set up our WP Amelia program for a speakeasy-like business. The first thing that is asked is are you "Bringing anyone with you?" and we would like to make sure people cannot select more than one individual. Currently they can bring up to 29 which is one less than the appointment maximum of 30.
How can we set things up to allow people to bring a guest, but only one?
Thanks in advance!
Hi James Edward Bailey,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry to disappoint you but at the moment something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features.
I added your suggestion in our TODO list and hopefully we can implement this for some of the future updates.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Thank you for your quick reply! That is unfortunate that isn't available for now but we are hopeful that it can be added.
For the meantime we added the following CSS code to the WordPress customizer to shrink the "Bringing anyone with you?" to only show the first option. This is done by establishing a fixed height and disabling overflow features. The keyboard's arrow keys can still be used to select other options but it isn't obvious.
.el-scrollbar__wrap {
overflow: hidden !important;
height: 53px !important;
}
Just sharing our work. Thanks for adding this to the to do list though!
Hi James,
Thank you for your feedback and for the workaround.
I will keep this solution until we find a proper solution.
Best regards.
