Hello, I keep getting fatal error notifications about this plugin from my wordpress admin panel. Can you tell me what is causing this and now to keep it from happening?
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Amelia.
But I don't see any Amelia shortcodes there. Did you maybe get to see which errors were recorded there? Can you pull the server log and check for any errors there?
Without an actual error, or instructions on how to recreate them, I cannot say much about it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am going to have to abandon this plugin. I have been working with it since August and hired a local developer to take a look because it was constantly breaking my website. Our business works on online bookings and Amelia is too unreliable. I would like a refund for the amount of my unused subscription. Please tell me how to go about doing that.
I'm sorry to hear that, but unfortunately I'm afraid we cannot refund your purchase.
As per our refund policy - Amelia is a digital non-revokable product, and we issue refunds only within 15 days after purchase. Even if I forwarded this to my management, they cannot refund a purchase after 30 days have passed. We use Paddle as our reseller, and they authorize refunds within 60 days of purchase. At the moment 83 days passed, so they cannot refund it unfortunately.
The only thing you can do at the moment is to cancel the subscription by logging into our store. Or, we could remote in and try and fix the issues you're experiencing, of course.
That is really unfortunate. I have spent many hours back and forth with your developers over several months and still can't get it to stop breaking my site. I got a notification that you are changing your distribution and support channels as well. I will not be using it.
Like I mentioned - even if our management allowed a refund after this amount of time has passed, the reseller doesn't allow that after 60 days, so there's nothing we can do.

Where did you get a notification like this?
We simply switched from selling the plugin on CodeCanyon to primarily sell it through our website, and you already bought the plugin through our website so that doesn't affect anything. Also - support channel remains the same (here), so I'm not sure what you mean by that.

Hello Michelle.
When I open those pages using the token you provided in the other ticket, I can see that they're referring to these two pages:

https://inspiredstyleco.com/product/cubs-jean-jacket/
