It is not possible to have more locations for one employee at the same time. You can add more than one location to the employee but for different work hours.
When you are creating a new employee, you should set one default location in New Employee -> Details, but when you go to setting work hours of that employee you can have more locations for different time slots. For example, Location 1 from 8 to 10am, Location 2 from 10 to 12am, etc.
