On a rejection email notification not all fields are available.
We would like to display the customer name and email and phone within the email. The embed fields don't all work. We would like to have customer information sent within the body of the email
As I understand the Employee does not receive the information about the customer name and other customer informations?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The screenshots provided show that the merge fields have been applied on the employee email and don't actually appear when an email is generated. This BUG is the case with all emails besides the Appointment approved email that is generated.
To reproduce this error is simple .. add any customer fields to the employee emails and they will NOT merge within the emails generated. We have the same errors being generated now on multiple sites using this plugin. You don't need admin access to our website to reproduce.
We have version 2.2.1 installed and the error with missing customer fields on email delivered still exists.
As shown we can add customer fields to the employee template emails but the data never merges except on the appointment approved template email. This single template works but all others fail to merge the customer fields properly.
Again the above was just confirmed through testing I completed 3 minutes ago.
Please consider doing some testing of your own before you challenge your customers with their claims.

When might this merge issue be resolved?

HI Peter,
Can you please tell me which version of our plugin do you use?
There were some issues with the notifications in the older versions of the plugin.
Best regards.

Hi Peter,
We tried to reproduce the problem on our dev sites but everything is looking good.
Is it possible to provide me the credentials of your site so I can make a fake appointment and see the email.
Best regards.
