    Qs. 1:

Can I give permission only to the registered users to make a booking, means - a visitor will need to register himself before he can book his appointment and then in future he can also visit his own profile page to check about how many appointments are upcoming, rescheduled or cancelled or completed - like a profile of his own appointments.

    Qs. 2

As a Coach, I sell a bulk of 12 hours to my client towards which he pays me a 'x' amount all in advance / upfront. He is supposed to avails his 12 hours in form of 6 sessions in 6 different time slots over a period of forthcoming 4 months. He also had an option to avail his sessions at the time and duration of his choice and complete his 12 hours as he desires to.

Thus, my question is. how do we keep track of this and how do we configure this in Amelia?

    Hi Amit,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. Unfortunately we don't have registration form included in the plugin. However you can make registration form with some other plugin and add it before our booking form. In that case you would add our booking form to the private page that would be seen only after the registration process. As for the customer's profile, currently customer can only access his appointments on the back-end and there he can see appointments and calendar page with only his appointments. He can cancel and reschedule them also, but he cannot see other Amelia pages or WordPress pages. Currently we are working on the front-end customers cabinet where customers will be able to track their appointment from the front-end profile.

    2. Unfortunately we don't have this option. There is some workaround where client can book one appointment and during that booking pay for 12 of it, and then he can receive coupon that he can use to free schedule 11 remain sessions when he wants. However, I am afraid that this would not be enough for you use case.

    Best regards.
