We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi all, I just wanna know if the employee can assign the start and end time of an appointment because in my business a service execution time can vary. I also will need a report about employees worked hours.
Hello Estevão Freitas,
Thanks for reaching out, we are glad you are interested in Amelia!
Regarding your question about the start and end time of one appointment, there isn't an option to choose the start and end time since the services have their own duration. But you can achieve this by doing this - you can make a service with the duration of 1 hour for example, and make Extras for this service and you can make more extras with different duration and price, and when customers book this appointment/service they can choose the extra they want (the duration they need).
You can also set Default time slot step and this setting allows you to choose a default length for the time slot step, which is used to “grid” the business hours and appointment duration. It determines the time slots step in which your appointments can be scheduled and the slot steps range from 1 minute to 8 hours.
Then you assign the services to the employees. In Amelia you can set up the employees' work hours, days off and special days. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to make a report of employees' worked hours.
If you have any other questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
