I have 4 employees for 4 different locations.

One of the employees, has the capacity of 2, while the other three have only 1 capacity.

When the one employee get a booking, the appointment is as pending, but for the others.

How do i set the appointment as automatically approved?

    Hello Baldur Arge,

You can set all your appointments to be approved by default by going to Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings -> Default Appointment Status to Approved. And when you set this, it is for all the appointments made and for all services/employees.

If I misunderstood your question or you have any further questions feel free to ask,

    Hello Baldur Arge,

Another note: if you want the appointment to be approved when minimum capacity is met, you should go to Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments Settings and there you should disable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" and if this is disabled when the minimum is met, the customers will not be able to book this appointment anymore (see attachment). In your case, the appointment will go to approved from pending when the minimum capacity is met.

    I hope this helps,

I already had the settings on for default setting to approved.

When i changed the allow booking below minum, that fixed the issue of being approved.. however now, there can only be one booking for set time... I want to be able to have automatic approved.. even if there is 1 at 8:00 and 2 different clients at 9:00.

    Hello Baldur Arge,

You can set the "Minimum Capacity" to 2 for the services that you want to be able to be booked by two customers before changing their status to approved. You can change this when you go to that specific Service and in Service Details you should change the Minimum Capacity to 2.

If I misunderstood the question please let me know,

I dont think you undestood me... ill try to describe it better.

client has multiple mechanical shops, and needs booking for changing tiers. Each booking should taker 30 min.

You have place A which has the capacity of 1 each 30 min.

Place B has capacity of 2 each 30 min.

we have 4 bookings , on the same day:

    Client1 books at 10:00 at place A

    Client2 books at 11:00 at place B

    Client3 books at 11:00 at place B

    Client4 books at 12:00 at place B

I want all these appointments to be automatically set to approved.

What is the best setup for this, as i am using google calendar to sync the data, and it is not being displayd very well.

    Hello Baldur Arge,

Yes, I see your point. Amelia does work this way and the settings are in general so you can not choose one setting for one service, and different one for the second one. The problem in your case is when you disable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" it will be good for the one with capacity 1, but the other one (with capacity 2) will not be available for booking after one customer have already booked it (even though the maximum is 2).

I think the solution to your problem can be this: there is an option in Amelia Settings -> Google Calendar Settings -> and there you should enable "Insert Pending Appointments" and these appointments will be added to your Google Calendar as well (as a pending appointments), if this is what you want to achieve . (Note: In this case you can change Allow booking below minimum capacity as it was before)

I hope this helps and solves the issue!
