We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Create services with schedule restriction by number of times

I have a language academy and I want customers to buy these services:

    Plan A: 01 class (US15)
    Plan B: 04 classes (US 52)
    Plan C: 10 classes (US 110)
and depending on each service, you could logically reserve the number of classes you purchased,

In other words, if I purchase Plan A, I can only use the calendar to schedule one (01) time and then I would no longer have access. And the same for the other 2 cases.

Can you configure the plugin Amelia for this case?

    Hi Eduardo,

    Thanks for your interest.

Unfortunately, this is not possible since we don't have package feature yet. There is a workaround though, we have coupons per service option, so you can make a coupon for 100% discount and set number of usage per coupon, you can also set the coupon to be automatically sent to the customer after he buy for example pan C, he can get coupon that he can use for 9 times for that service.

More about coupons can be seen here: https://wpamelia.com/admin-finances/

Hope this helps, let me know if you have further questions.

    Hi Nevena!

    Thanks for your prompt response.
But to be honest, I didn't quite understand what the suggested solution would be.

    Should I create 3 services?
    -Plan A ($ 15)
    -Plan B ($ 52)
    -Plan C ($ 110)
Then should I create the coupons?
Please help me with an example and be able to understand better.
    Thank you

    Hi,

Yes, you can create service and then set up a coupon that will be sent automatically to the customer, so he can use the coupon next bookings. You can define the number of usage and discount per coupon.
