It appears that when I want to schedule an employee for 1 hour appointments with no downtime in between, it doesn't work. I set the service appointment length to one hour and then when adding custom times for the employee say 9 AM to 5 PM, it gives scheduling options every half hour, NOT hour on the front end. I have to enter in the specific hours one by one in order to only get appointments on the hour. Is there a way I can make this work? I want to just add hour on the hour appointments between the times I specify without allowing the start times at half hours also.
Hello Ryan Jensen,
You can solve this issue by setting the default time slot step to 1 hour (it is set by default to 30 minutes).
This can be done in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings -> Default Time Slot Step.
If I misunderstood your question or you are having the same issue after doing this please let us know,
Hi Marija,
Thanks. I thought I had done that, but sure enough, it was set to 30 minutes instead of an hour. I don't have time to test right now, but will reach out if it is still a problem in the future. Most likely this setting though. Thanks!
Hello Ryan,
You are welcome! Sure, we are here if there is still an issue.
