In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

1) we need to force people to book event only 1 person per time, how we can do? is it possible to customize this for us?
2) which plugin can we use to read amelia database and extrack data to buil a table example we need to list attendee per employee and per event

Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve at the moment with the events.
We have in plan to add checking if someone already booked an Event for the future updates.
