We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi, I downloaded the zip file for your wpdatatables product successfully, but when I try to upload it to my website I get a 408 timeout error on microsoft edge or in chrome it says 'This site can't be reached'. This plugin will be very important for my site so I am very keen to solve this quickly. Many thanks

    Hey Philip

    Sorry for the late response.

Please note that our plugin is around 11 MB in size, so if you are not able to upload it through WordPress plugins page, then you may need to increase the following:

    upload_max_file size,

    post_max_size,

    max_execution_time

You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

Anyway, if this doesn't help my suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:

    1. Download zip from our store

    2. Use FTP to open /your_wordpress_folder/wp-content/plugins

    3. Delete existing wpDataTables folder (if you have one)

    4. Upload previously downloaded wpDataTables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

    5. Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

    6. Deactivate wpDataTables, and then activate it again.

    7. Clear server and browser cache

IMPORTANT: If you had the Lite version, or another version of wpDataTables previously installed, do NOT delete the old version from WP-admin (by clicking “Delete” in the plugins page) if you don’t want to lose all your tables!

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
