    Hello team TMS,

I am a divi user, i would like to know if the Amela plugin is supported by the "divi visuel builder", it looks like not (if not does it will ?)

If not there is a way to see all the shortcode, and if there is a way to custom them. For exemple if i want to use this [ameliabooking] can i custom it to show only some service and not all of them ?

And i use your plugin for yoga lesson some of them are recurent (like every monday). What is the best Event or Service ? What is the diffence between Event and Service.

    Thanks a lot,
    morgan

    Hello Morgan,

    Thank you for your purchase!

Yes, Amelia is compatible with Divi, only one user so far has said that they have a trouble with slow scroll using that theme but we weren't able to reproduce that behavior on our side. You can try it out and hopefully it will work just finesmile.png

Here is a list of all of our shortcodes that you can use (you can find them here as well):

    1. For Step-by-Step Booking Wizard view:
      1. [ameliabooking] if you want to show the basic Step-by-step Booking wizard,
      2. [ameliabooking category=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1,
      3. [ameliabooking service=1] if you want to show the booking form for the service with ID 1.
      4. [ameliabooking employee=1] if you want to show the booking form for the employee with ID 1,
      5. [ameliabooking location=1] if you want to show the booking form for the location with ID 1,
      6. [ameliabooking category=1 employee=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1 that are assigned to the employee with ID 1,
      7. [ameliabooking category=1 location=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1 that are provided on the location with ID 1,
    2. For the Service Catalog view:
      1. [ameliacatalog] if you want to show the basic Service Catalog view,
      2. [ameliacatalog category=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1,
      3. [ameliacatalog service=1] if you want to show this form for the service with ID 1,
      4. [ameliacatalog employee=1] if you want to show the services of one specific employee with ID 1,
      5. [ameliacatalog location=1] if you want to show the services of one specific location with ID 1,
      6. [ameliacatalog category=1 employee=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1 that are assigned to the employee with ID 1,
      7. [ameliacatalog category=1 location=1] if you want to show only the services from a category with ID 1 that are provided on the location with ID 1,
    3. For the Search view:
      1. [ameliasearch] if you want to show the basic search view,
      2. [ameliasearch today=1] if you want to show the search view with a preselected current date.
    4. For the Event booking there is just one shortcode at the moment: [ameliaevents] that will show your events in the form of a list.

Amelia doesn't support recurring appointments for now (it is a plan to implement that in one of our future updates, you can vote for this feature following this link) so the best solution then for you is to use Events since they can be recurring - you can choose weekly, monthly and yearly repetition and you can provide the date until when it will be recurring.

There is a workaround, if you want to use services, which is you make an employee which will work only on Mondays and who will be assigned to only one service - Yoga. That way it will be only possible to book Yoga on Mondays, and if you have other service on the other days in the week you need to make different employees for each service.

I hope this helps! You can read more about Events and Services following the links provided.

If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask,

Hello thanks for your quick answer,

I saw that the coupons is not working on event, so i cannot use it .... (release soon ?)
I also want to show speficics events on specific page, for exemple show event by tag or place (is it possible ?)

I tried your solution with service and category service,
    I tried with this situation,
    Monday 2 lessons on place A : 8:00 to 9:00 and 18:00 to 19:00
    Tuesday 2 lessons on place B: 9:45 to 10:45 and 11:00 to 12:30

    1. Created 4 employees which must work only during classe time,
    - employee 1 works only on monday from 8:00 to 9:00
    - employee 2 works only on monday from 18:00 to 19:00
    - employee 3 works only on tuesday from 9:45 to 19:45
    - employee 4 works only on tuesday from 11:00 to 12:30

    2. Created category service and service
    - category service 1 = Place A  (service: 1 hour yoga lessons)
    - category service 2 = Place B (service: 1 hour yoga lessons and 1:30 hour yoga lesson)
Then assigned each employee to each service i want

And do this for all of my day ? Is it the good way to do it ?

How long i have for a refund ? I will try tomorow to use more deeply your plugin but i think it's nos what i need.
Nevertheless  your plugin is great, the back office is awesome, i would have love to use your plugin !

    Thanks,

    Hello Morgan,

We don't have shortcodes for single events currently as a feature in Amelia, but this is a feature that we are working on at the moment - it is in a testing phase. The events will be searchable by tag or ID. I can not tell you exactly when it will be implemented and released, but it will be soon, in our next update.

Unfortunately, we don't have a coupon option for the events at the moment. We have it in our roadmap but since we have more requested features it is not at the top of our list.

Yes, this solution looks good. This is it, you don't need to add anything else, since when you set the working hours of the Employees it will be the same for the following weeks, so the services will be open to book every Monday / Tuesday at the provided time. We are also working on recurring appointments as well, and it will be implemented and released in one of our future releases.

The refund period is 15 days if you bought the plugin through our TMS store. I hope you will find Amelia suitable so you won't request a refundsmile.png

If you have any other concerns or questions don't hesitate to ask,

I can also tell you that I am using the Divi theme and also have that problem, the one where the page scrolls too slowly with the scroll wheel. And scrolling is just weird in general.

    Hello David,

We are sorry to hear that you are having troubles using Amelia with this theme.

I've just talked to the development team and it seems like the problem arose when Divi theme was updated. We are working on it and hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

Could you open a new ticket please, and our support team will help you with any issues or concerns?

Thank you for letting us know!

Hello Marija, hope you are well

Do you now if there is a way to show only the calendar (without the step before) ? (picture attached)
My user don't need to select a service or an employe.

And where i can vote for the feature i needed :)
    - Event Shortcode
    - Event Coupon
When these feature will bu up i will swap from service to event.

    Thanks a lot,morgan

    Hi Marije,

I'm also a DIVI user so this ticket got my attention.
1 > Regarding Morgan's issue with the coupons is not working on event

Couldn't this be solved ( for now ) with woocommerce?

    >2 The only thing is, if I'm right, the person making reservation can't add the reservation to her calendar.
    > Is there a way to go around this? Like giving the option to add the reservation to their calendar before going to checkout woocommerce?

    > 3 Will there be a a Mollie add ( wallet including Ideal )  option in the future?

    Ciao, Manon

    Hello Morgan,

Thanks, hope you are well toosmile.png

Do you now if there is a way to show only the calendar (without the step before) ? (picture attached)
My user don't need to select a service or an employee.

This is possible if there is only one category, one service and one employee. If you have more than one this is not possible.

And where i can vote for the feature i needed :)
    - Event Shortcode
    - Event Coupon
When these feature will bu up i will swap from service to event.

You can vote for this following this link.smile.png

The single events shortcodes will be in the next update of Amelia, which will be pretty soon.

We have also a plan and are working on adding coupons for the events, but this feature will not be implemented in the next update. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly when this will be implemented and released.

You can subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of the new features and updates following this link.

***** Regarding Manon's question about the Woocommerce coupons, this is possible - the events can be payed less using Woocommerce coupons but the finance/price will stay the same in Amelia (Amelia will not see the coupon discount, Woocommerce can not change the price in Amelia). So if this is something that is not an issue for you (different price payed in Woocommerce than seen in Amelia) this can be a workaround for the coupons. But again, we are working on events coupons and it will be implemented in one of our future updates.
