I've had problems with adding new Employee on minimum php version (5.5) that was mentioned on your website. (https://wpamelia.com/documentation/). After sending a request to backend it returned error 500 and it wasn't properly handled on frontend, so no user was added. Other functions might be affected as well.
After upgrading to php 7.0 issue resolved.
So I want to suggest you to update docs and add some check of php version in your module.
