When adding a new booking (or editing an existing booking) I should be able to over-ride the schedule for my own calendar. ie. book during non-working hours or over-lap booking and buffers. After all it's my schedule and I know best what buffer times I will need or if I want to work on a Sunday for a valued client, for instance.
Thanks for considering, I hope this makes it into a near future release. By the way... when can we expect a new release?
Hello Mike.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but as you already know something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Booking through Amelia is considered as a "Company" which has working hours, days off, and special days. If your employee is set to work Mon - Fri 09 - 17:00, that's it. If you wish to change that - you can, either through his working hours, or by adding a Special Day for that employee, which would override the standard working hours. Please note, though, that Special Days don't override the "Days Off".
I will forward it to our development team, so they can take it into consideration, but I cannot promise anything yet.
A new update should be released within the next 2 weeks.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
