In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have 2 questions about the system.
1. will emails allow me to send unique keys along with it? (i need to send passwords based on the booking date) will i be able to enter a shortcode into the email and use ACF or something?
2. will i be able to allow customers to book past midnight?

1 - Sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugins built-in features.
2 - Yes, of course, you choose Working hours of the company and employees, so you can set it to be whenever it works for your business. Also, you can set Minimum time required before booking (in hours/days). Take a look at our documentation.
