Hello. I've amended all my services prices in Amelia and updated the site many times but it is not reflecting any of the changes to prices on the live website. They are saved, because when i return to Amelia it is showing the new prices in the admin section, but on the live site it is showing the old prices. Can you help please?
I took a look at Deep Tissue Massage, and see that the price is £50. Is this what it's supposed to be?
When the changes stick in back-end, and don't apply in front-end, it's usually linked to cookies and cache being stored in your browser. Can you please delete cookies and cache, refresh the page and let me know if it displayed the correct prices?
When you updated the price in "Services" I assume you didn't click on "Update for all" pop-up:
So, the employee assigned to this service (for example) kept the old price. Here, take a look at the employee's Assigned services tab, and the prices there:
You can see that the prices are different. You can change them manually, when you go to edit employee/Assigned services, or (faster) simply change the price for the service to something else, click on "Update for all", and then change it back to what the price is supposed to be. You'll be asked again to update the price for all, and after that the prices will be corrected.
There's an option to have a different price for the same service, based on the employee and this is where the price change came from.
Thank you so much Aleksandar! I'd forgotten about that popup. When it came up when I changed the prices , I thought the 'update for all' meant did I want to update all prices for all services to this price, which of course I didn't - so I clicked 'no'. My misunderstanding of what it meant. So now I've done what you said and all is fine, and I'll know for next time! Thank you so much!

Hi Alexsander,
Thank you for replying. No it is meant to show £45 so it's not a caching issue and I did try in browsers that i don't use.
Now what do we do?
I see, Tracy.
