I am setting up Amelia on my site. In testing I have noticed that it sends the appointments to employees google calendar. But it does not "sync" with their calendar.

Seems the only way to block out appointment times during the regular work day is to go into Amelia and do it. Is there a way that the employee or the employer can use their google calendar to add appointments directly from the google calendar without going into Amelia?

If not, are there plans to make the calendar sync both ways, to and from google calendar, with Amelia?

  • Holly Neumann replied

I see in the other tickets someone has asked this and you said it does sync and not allow the marked as busy appointment times to be double booked. However this isn't working for me. It is still allowing those to be booked.

FYI - I only have one "employee", me.

    Ok...Found the answer.

I had not enabled the option "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" in Google calendar Settings in Amelia plugin.

    Problem solved!
