Hello,
I have a service to add to this site which is not bookable by Amelia because there needs to be email/phone contact first. So I need to add it to this page so it is shown as a service, but when anyone clicks on this new service I wanted a pop up or message to say 'Please contact us by email or phone to discuss this service' or something similar.
I just wondered if there was the possibility to add this type of 'non-bookable' service into Amelia so that it was there as a visible but non-bookable service. Can you advise please? Otherwise I'll just create a graphic that looks similar in style to that page I guess.
Many thanks
Tracy
Hello Tracy.
You can create a service which lasts longer than employee's working hours. For example - create a dummy employee, and assign working hours Monday - 00:00 - 00:15, and then create a service, which would last 30 minutes. That will remove all time slots from the calendar. You can simply name the service like "Please contact us by e-mail or phone to discuss this service". The best possible way of viewing this service would be through [ameliacatalog service=1] shortcode, because that will display the service like this:
Unfortunately, at the moment, this is the only way of achieving what you're trying to display here.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
