trying to use services catalog front end view with Divi Builder Theme.
When I use the shortcode [ameliacatalog category=1] the loading wheel appears but never the booking wizard. How do I know which category is ID 1 vs. ID 2? Do I need to assign ID numbers to categories?
Amelia is compatible with Divi theme, so that shouldn't be the problem. Can you please tell me which version of our plugin do you use? Is it 2.1.1?
Regarding to your second question, unfortunately, there's no way of knowing what the category ID is, except by going into the database (PHPMyAdmin), and checking the wp_amelia_categories table. We're working on adding that in the UI, so it's easily accessible.
Sorry for the late response, we are not working on weekends.
1 - Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
2 - The ID is being assigned to the categories in the order you're creating them, so if you delete one category, the ID assigned to it couldn't be used anymore. I suppose that you did that while testing the plugin?

Hello Robert,
Thank you for the purchase.

All the best!
Hi Aleksandra,
Thanks for the quick reply. I am using 2.1.1.
currently trying to get into PHPMyAdmin through my host to look at the category table.
I gained access to the database via phpMyAdmin and the first category has an ID of "13" while the second category has an ID of "15."
Any reason why these categories don't default to 1, 2, 3, 4 . . . based on their order in the UI?

I was able to resolve this over the weekend. Thanks for the guidance, I'll let you know if anything else needs to be addressed!
