i just purchased the basic plan for wpdatatables because i want to create a table on my webpage, and uploading from excel is telling me my table has no rows. so i purchased the basic plan however when i try and create a table it is saying i need to purchase the full version.
i would either like help uploading my existing table. and get past the "Table has no rows" error message
or tell me why i am not able to create my own table.

Thank you for your purchase.
Note that if you used the Lite version before, you cannot update to the full plugin just by adding the purchase code. The installation files are different, since Lite version lacks a lot of features.
To install the full version, you need to delete the Lite version first from your "Plugins" page, and then install the full version with the zip file you downloaded from the store.
You can follow the instructions from our documentation on how to install the plugin.
