Hi, I cant save the details for "Separate DB connection" - I'm getting an error.
Your app by default is connected to the WP database - which I don't want to use. I want to use another MySQL database which is why I want a Separate DB connection.
I'm glad to hear you resolved the issue you had with the separate DB.
As for your other question - when you insert a new row in the database, it will be displayed in the table when you refresh your browser window (the page). So, there's no need to re-apply the settings in the table, but simply refresh the page.
You can also set auto-refresh (next to the query window), and the table will automatically refresh after a certain amount of seconds you enter in that field.
What I mean is the "auto-refresh" - it would be best if there is an option to "auto-refresh" in a subtle way - without really showing that its refreshing- the table would stay still without showing a reload.
I'm sure you've seen JQuery stuff like that. Please consider this as a Feature Request.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
I'll forward it to our development team, so they can take it into consideration for one of our future updates.

All good with this. I have another question.
I'm using MySQL as data source. When a new row is inserted in my database, does it refresh on the table without reloading?
