I have the service "Body sculpt" set to Min capacity : 1 and Max capacity : 6 and te
the setting meeting parameters for autorized to go above the maximum allowed set to Y.
I have only 1 booking for the body sculpt the 16/09 and slot appear blocked for that day.

Hi same issue on your test env.
I have create a service pilates, min: 1 max: 3, duration 1 hour
I have create an employee test test. assigned the service pilates. every day from 17:00 to 18:00
I have limited the slots to minimum and maximo allowed
Allow booking above maximum capacity: untoggled
Allow booking below minimum capacity: untoggled
Ok I am sending this right away to my team to investigate.
Can you please check now on your site can you book again the service once 1 customer booked it.
Seems to be ok.
In your case you just need to check the option in the Amelia Settings-> Labels settings the second one( attachment), i did that for your so everything should be ok now.
