Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Can you please update the plugin to 2.1.1
Since you bought the plugin through Envato marketplace, you don't actually need the purchase code to activate the license. The "Purchase Code" field is reserved for purchases made through our website, and needs to stay blank when you're activating with Envato.
So, all you need to do is click on "ACTIVATE WITH ENVATO", and the plugin will take you to the Envato log-in page, where (upon logging-in) the license will be activated.
As you said on the previous message I just updated the Amelia plugin to the newest version 2.1.1
Should the update automatically solve the problem? Because it's not. I still have a problem, a different one, but still can't proceed with the payment. Now it sais that there was an error while the payment was been made. I'm attaching you a screenshot (it's in spanish).
Can you please check if you entered correct Live Publishable Key and Live Secret Key? Maybe you have added some space before of after the keys accidentally?
This is something related to the setup maybe even on the server, but please first check the Keys.
If this is not working after update then the PHP CURL is not executing ( based that the PayPal is not working as well.
It can be that the PHP CURL version used on your server is out of date and does not support TLS 1.2. Can you ask your hosting provider to update PHP CURL? Also can you ask them to update PHP version to 7.1 or 7.2?
I don't know why Stripe doesn't work.
Everything seems to work, but once you enter the credit card number and press continue a loading message appears but the payment is never done.
But should we do to fix this?
I have check the live keys from Stripe and followed the Amelia plugin documentation but it still doesn't work.

I just checked the keys. Everything it's ok.
I meant Stripe keys are ok, but still doesn't work.
Where is the problem then? I need to fix this as soon as possible.
I tried to use Paypal but I had a similar problem...

Ok lets try this now.
There can be 2 issues:
1.
Probably you should contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade your TLS 1.0 to TLS 1.2. You can find the blog post about this at this link - https://support.stripe.com/questions/how-do-i-upgrade-my-stripe-integration-from-tls-1-0-to-tls-1-2.
2.

If you increase the price of the service to be for example 3$ or euros do you still have the problem.
This is very strange that is happening, the last thing I can do is to try to add our stripe keys to see if the problem is there.
As I can see ours public key and secret keys does have a lot less characters.
