We are using Amelia to book specific services. Often times, one user will book a service for a time slot on behalf of other people using the same email address. Currently, Amelia is preventing the user from booking again, stating that he has already booked the appointment. How can we prevent that to allow him to book it again?
From version 1.3.4 you have Option to check customer’s name for existing email during the booking – now it is possible to allow customers to schedule the appointment with the same email but different first and last name.

Best regards.
