In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    We're considering to purchase Amelia over WooCommerce Bookings for a plumbing service website. The website is still under development and while we really liked what we experienced in the Amelia demo, we did have a couple of questions that we'd like to gather clarity on:

    1. Does this work with all themes and other extensions? We're building the website using Enfold - will the plugin work with the Enfold theme seamlessly?
    2. I don't see the use of the 'Select Employee' column - is this something we can do away with?
    3. From what i could tell, the appointment slots work based on the employee availability, is this right? And is there a way to keep a common availability for the service rather than individual employees? Quite often, we wouldn't know the employee that is being assigned to the job until on the day of the job
    4. Can we make provisions to upload images in the custom fields?

    Hello GASH.

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. Unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and we cannot guarantee that it will work for all. I believe I've seen Enfold being used, though, so that shouldn't be an issue.

    2. We can hide the drop-down using some CSS if it doesn't matter who the appointment will go to, but please note that the plugin will still select "Any Employee", and assign the service to someone.

    3. Exactly right - time slots are based on the length of a service and the availability of an employee. Unfortunately, at the moment, there's no way of setting up a "common availability"

    4. You can add images to service's gallery, but adding them in custom fields would require some code changing, and is not included in provided support of the plugin.
