We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Quick question.
When I saw "integrates with WooCommerce" in the features of your website I was excited.
However, it seems Amelia only integrates with 1 single WooCommerce product.
What I need is the ability to create a new product for each service.
Example: Client Books Service 1 > Product attached in WooCommerce is Service 1 > Email sequence trigger in ActiveCampaign for Service 1.
Currently no Amelia data is applied to the WooCommerce side of things, so I cannot even segment lists based on what service is booked.
Is there plan to add something like this in the future? Or am I stuck buying a whole new booking platform?

Thank you for your purchase.
When you configure the payment system to be woocommerce in our plugin, our plugin will make just one single product on the woo side.
At the moment this is now it works.
We did not have requests to increase this functionality so if you have any suggestion I will gladly forward to my team so we can add it on our TODO list.

I did find a hack using Zapier, but it's less than stellar.

The good news are that we are considering this because lately it is requested from our customers, so the every service will have separate product in the woo for some future updates.

(As well Zoom and Zapier integration will be something that we are also working for updates.)
