    We want to change certain text and things on the booking process. Please can you advise where we can find the files on our server to achieve this.

    1. In events the text is "BOOK THIS EVENT" we would Like this to be "BOOK COURSE"

    2. Change the Button "CONFIRM" to "PAY NOW"

    3. Can we hide the time/duration of the courses from being displayed on the front end within the booking process.

    HI raymond0000,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you to install Loco Translate and then to translate these string.

    If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

    1. Download the Amelia plugin from our TMS Store or from email that you receive when you made purchase and save the .zip file on your computer.

    2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.

    3. You need to download and install POEDIT

    4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    5. Translate all the strings that are not translated

    6. Save the translation.

    7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

    This is example for French language, but you will choose yours.

    As for hiding the time/duration you can use CSS to hide them. If you have example page please send me so I can give you the proper code for it.

    Best regards.

    Thanks, yes we did that and it worked for point 1 & 2.
    Where in the code files can we remove the time/duration of the courses being displayed?

    Bogdan replied

    HI raymond0000,

    You do not need to remove the code, just use the CSS to hide those fields, You just input the CSS code directly on the page.

    Best regards.

    Sorry, Doesn't seem to do anything, exactly where should that code go?

  •  691
    Bogdan replied

    HI raymond0000,

    You can put that code between style tags directly on the page

    like this

    <style>
    #am-event-1 > div.am-event-data > div.am-event-info > div:nth-child(3){
    display: none;
    }
    </style>

    HI raymond0000m

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Also send me the links of the pages where you want to apply this CSS.

    Best regards.

    No it is still showing and the CSS is everywhere?!?

    We have also noticed that we cannot categorise our events like the services, this makes the plugin no good for us.

    We need this booking system to achieve the below:

    1.We need to set specific calendar dates for our courses to be on specific days only.

    2. They need to be searchable by the calendar also as we have several services to be put into several separate categories.

    is this possible?

    Bogdan replied

    Hi raymond0000,

    As I can see duration is not displaying on these pages ( attachments )

    Categories for events will be included in the next updates of the plugin, as well as more shortcodes for events.

     You can take a look at this link to find more information about special days.

    Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this. Once you set it, it will override employee’s general working hours and service schedule but it will not override the days off.

    Best regards.
