I've added custom fields to my booking form - however, they are not showing up. I have made sure to assign them to the correct service, still they do not show up.
I do not have a Caching plugin on my wordpress site that might be interfering. I am also checking in incognito mode on my browser. Can someone please help? I am really frustrated that my custom fields are not showing anywhere..!!
If you assigned them to services, they should appear without any issues.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
If that doesn't help, then please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I tried switching themes and that did not work. I also got a developer to disable all my plugins and re-install one by one and that did not fix it either.
This falls under included support of the plugin, so if you are able to provide me with a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, we could probably fix it for you - no need to pay a 3rd party developer to fix issues with our plugin.

Now I am paying the developer to fix it.
