I have setup all my customers, services, categories and employees but when I login to the backend as an employee to add an appointment it says there is no data for each of those things. I attached a screen shot. I have the same problem when I login as a manager although as a manager I can see all my customers, employees and services in the respective screens. But when I try to book an appointment it says "no data" Please help.

When I, as the admin try to create an appointment in wordpress it does the same thing. So it is not just on the employee portal

And this may be related as well, when I click on the appointment screen to see which appointments are pending nothing will load. It just spins.

    Hi Michelle,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

This looks like the issue with relations in database.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I will install one free plugin to access your database and fix the relations.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

    Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Amelia.

    HI Michelle,

Our working time is from 10:00-17:00 CEST.

As I noticed you are using the 1.0.8 version of our plugin and the 2.1.1 version is out.

Can you please update the plugin to the latest version.

You need to download premium version form email that you get when you make this purchase(some hostings treat it like a Spam so please check your Spam folder as well). Also, you receive email with credentials for our store https://store.tms-plugins.com/login where you can download premium version.

My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:

1.) Download zip from our store or from email that you receive when you make purchase

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.

7.) Clear server and browser cache

    ____________________________________________________________________________________________

If you are using hosting where you are not allowed to your FTP  then follow those instructions:

1.) Download zip from our store or from email that you receive when you make purchase

2.) Delete Amelia plugin from WordPress Plugins page

    3) Click on Add new on Plugins page

    4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page

5.) Choose previously downloaded ameliabooking zip file

6.) When uploading is done, please Activate Amelia plugin

7.) Clear server and browser cache.

Please note that deleting plugin from Plugins page you WILL NOT lose your data, because it is already saved in database.

Please note that our plugin have size around 6 MB so if yo are not able to upload plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase

    upload_max_file size,

    post_max_size ,

    max_execution_time

You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
