Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please update the plugin to 2.1.1 version.

6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.

3) Click on Add new on Plugins page
4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page

What I would like is not to hide but unhide, when the service duration (1h or 45mn) is not the same as the duration of the slot in the employee schedule (tuesday 12h-12h45, wednesday 15h -16h).
when I put service 45mn -> 1h employee slot wednesday is not shown.

I have the same services (pilates class) with different duration 45mn and 1hr.
In services if I select 1h the 45mn does not show if I select 45m duration services the 1hr class appears like 45mn.
The solution is to duplicate the service 1 for 1h and 1 for 45mn but this not sleek and not convenient for the end user.
Can you find a solution ?

2 Pilates 45min duration
so when you book the 1st Pilates, the other one is not visible or not able to book, or something else?

2) Associate that service to my unique employee from 15:00 to 16:00 for example - Ok
3) Associate that service to my unique employee from 18:00 to 18:45 for example - Not Ok
Other test
1) create a service Pilates and indicate duration 45mn
2) Associate that service to my unique employee from 15:00 to 16:00 for example - Not Ok

Can you please set the duration for the 1st service to be 1 hour, and for other same service just remove hidden option ( attachment 2)

have you been able to check the calendar issue.

As I understand you are asking what this is standing for
The Time Slot Step you define here will be applied for all time slots in the plugin.
So if you choose 15min the time slots will be ( lets say start of the day is 09:00)
09:00 - 09:15
09:15- 09:30
So if you have service that is 45 min duration someone can book that event from 09:00 - 09:45 ( the slots between for that service will be disabled)

if the appointment is hidden in the Service page that service can not be shown in the booking form ,
you can see that you have Pilates (45min) hidden ( the second service)

This is because you try to display the service duration for 1 hour in the time slot which is 45 minutes, which is not possible.
Employee schedule for service Pilates setup for a 45mn duration
Service starts at 15:00 so the duration will be 15:45 not to 16h because the duration is 45 minutes.
