Hello, there's something about the google calendar synchronization that I don't understand:
As you say on the documentation, when a client makes a reservation it automatically appears on their google calendar. My question is: Does it work the other way around? If I manually add an appointment from my google calendar will the Amelia calendar read it as well and therefore mark it ass occupied?
I have one google calendar where I add appointments from other websites and I even add them manually. What I need is for Amelia to read my google calendar and display the available hours from the free spots on my google calendar.
In the end for me it's much more practical to administrate everything from my google calendar. By integrating Amelia should I change something on my google calendar?
I've checked a lot of plugins for appointments and so far Amelia is the best, but before buying your plugin I'd really appreciate if you could solve my doubt. Thanks a lot!
Hi Marçal,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Yes, if you have something in your calendar marked as busy, that time slot won't be available in Amelia for booking. Appointments fro your G-cal wont be visible in Amelia, but the slots wont be available for bookings, so no overbooking is possible.
