Once again, we apologize for not seeing the replies you left on a different ticket. We don't know what happened, so we didn't receive a notification that there was a new comment there.
Anyway, we did manage to replicate the issue when we go to "Network activate" - it only shows on the main site, not the subsites.
I managed to work around this by copying the ameliabooking folder from ../multi-site-folder/wp-content/plugins/ to ../multi-site-folder/sub-site1/wp-content/plugins/; ../multi-site-folder/sub-site2/wp-content/plugins/ and so on.
That way, you would have Amelia installed and working on all your subsites, as they would be separate installations, so to speak. This would be a useful workaround until we resolve the issue with Network Activate.
If I create a new site on the network and activate the plugin (only on that site, no network activation) then it works. But for current sites on the network, it does not work. Must be something around site creation thats causing an issue.
Our developers are still working on resolving the issue.
If you have an active installation, would you be able to open a new private ticket, and provide us with remote access credentials, so we can see how it behaves on a live installation?
Hello, I am having issues with multisite. The plugin is activated but completely hidden on subsites in my network. It shows on the main site.
I added comments to this thread but they have gone unanswered (which is disappointing as I see newer queries have been answered). https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2128211/
Any ideas as I have a site in development which I cant progress until this is sorted.
Thanks.

Thanks Aleksandar for replying to me.
I will try that work around.
I managed to find another solution too.

Thanks again.
You're welcome Cathal
Yeah, one of our developers has been working on this issue recently, and we'll get to fixing it for one of the future updates.
I'm glad to hear you'll be able to use the plugin after all.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Best regards.

Is there an ETA on the fix for this issue? Version 2.3 is out and still no fix for multisite compatibility.
Hello Viktor.
