Hi,
We have identified a problem on the back end of the appointments system. We have a single location with a single employee and multiple managers. Service capacity is 2.
When an appointment is made for a particular time-slot and then its status is set to 'cancelled', a manager can create another appointment for that same timeslot at max capacity. Obviously this is what is supposed to happen.
BUT - surprisingly - then if a manager changes the cancelled appointment to 'Approved', both appointments are scheduled at the same time and this results in a double booking. This can be done multiple times, with each appointment containing the max capacity of people.
This has the potential for real problems as we can only have one booking in any timeslot at one time.
Please advise
Regards,
Temper
Hello Temper.
Thank you for pointing this out to us.
We haven't tested it this way. I guess no one thought of a situation when a manager would re-approve a cancelled appointment.
The issue has been forwarded to our development team, so they can resolve it for our next update.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
