Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
Can I upgrade to Amelia Pro if I have Amelia Basic?
Hello Ian.
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
We don't have an upgrade function yet, so the only way of doing that is if you would purchase Pro license, and then ask for a refund for Basic.
Please note, though, that the only difference between these two licenses is the number of domains you can use it on (Basic can be used on 1 domain, while Pro can be used on 3 domains). All features of the plugin are activated in both cases.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

That was my understanding as well. But I can't seem to use half the features. I keep getting the message
"This is an Amelia Premium feature.

Upgrade"
Even though I've paid. Can you help? My client is not happy they've paid for something that doesn't seem to have any of the features they've paid for.
Here is a screenshot.
I just uninstalled the plugin, re-downloaded it, and reinstalled. Seems to work fine now.
Hello Ian.
That's exactly why I asked Ian. Unfortunately you cannot simply enter the purchase code and have the plugin upgrade from Lite to the full version.
You did exactly what you were supposed to do - the Lite version has to be deactivated and deleted, and the full version installed.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.
Best regards.
